SOURCING CANDIDATES THROUGHOUT THE UK:

We’re looking for a Client Manager, ideally from a marketing background with analytical or research experience. The company specialises in “customer experience”, retail audits and competitor benchmarking. Working with some of the biggest retail names around, you will need great client engagement skills.

You’ll predominantly be office based but with regular face to face client contact at all levels. You will be managing a portfolio of major UK / European retail clients and will be presenting up to board level, using insights and creating opportunities to grow the business for your client and the company.

You will be working within a small and dedicated team, so you’ll need to be business ‘self-sufficient’. You’ll also need to be proficient in data analysis with a strong eye for detail.

The ideal person for this role will have:

• At least 5 years experience in FMCG/retail/research
• A degree or equivalent business qualification
• A proven background in business building
• Good commercial awareness
• Ability to identify and present insights using data provided from the analytics team
• Confidence in managing complex business challenges
