Multi-talented Account Director needed with experience in all areas of marketing including advertising, design, DM, digital, sales promotions and branding.

Full service marketing agency based on the Kent/Surrey border is looking for someone who will be absolutely key to the ongoing success and growth of the agency. You will already be working at Account Director level and enjoy working in a relatively small agency environment where everyone gets involved and prima donnas are definitely not allowed. The work is challenging but it’s a fun team that’s very creative so you’ll need to tick the fun and creative boxes too.

The position will be working closely with the MD to take over the management of the account handling team and develop strong relationships with existing and new accounts.

This is a long term career position offering the right person equity in the company within two or three years.
