This is a senior marketing role within an expanding and fast growing national financial management consultancy. The Marketing Manager will be part of the leadership team with full responsibility for the marketing management of all areas of the business.
You will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing strategy to help build brand awareness, increase client acquisition and retention. You will be an excellent marketer, ideally CIM qualified with a strong commercial awareness, strategically minded however passionate about execution.
• To plan and manage the ongoing programme for resource recruitment to the existing a database of contacts
• To deliver an ongoing public relations campaign to the target media for franchise recruitment and the corporate brand
• To be a primary point of contact for all marketing service providers and manage the ongoing relationship. The relationships should be reviewed once a year against an agreed criteria with the CEO
• To manage the customer facing customers communications such as the e-newsletter and agree annual schedule for the various brands
• To prepare annual marketing plans in coordination with the CEO for all brand based on the agreed corporate strategy
• To conduct market research were required and agreed
• To manage the overall strategy for online marketing which is decided with the CEO annually in conjunction with the corporate strategy
• Management of all the online and offline brand assets
• To produce an annual marketing communications strategy for the marketing levy
• To conduct various marketing campaigns as requested
• To assist in new service and product development for all sides of the business
• Managing all social media activities
• Liaise with the Contact Team Manager where appropriate to ensure maximum effectiveness of the marketing message.
• Coordinate marketing activities and liaise with operations.
• To manage partner led communications across the network
• Drive brand awareness and partnership relationships.
