This management consultancy company based in Brighton is expanding fast since it’s inception just three years ago and is now looking for a Marketing Manager with good on and off-line direct marketing experience.

The primary function will be to coordinate and develop the company’s marketing strategy and to manage relationships with affinity partners. Targeting SMEs in all business sectors you will need to have at least 5 years in a B2B environment and excellent copywriting skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design, build and implementation of direct marketing campaigns; utilising email marketing, viral marketing and affinity groups.
• Work closely with PR agency to achieve frequent positive media coverage
• Monitor competitors and research market requirements to identify opportunities for future product lines
• Identify potential strategic partners and develop good working relationships

It’s a dynamic company and we need to find a professional marketer who is capable of rapid professional growth. For the right person there may well be opportunity in the future for board appointment with equity.
