We are looking for an experienced Web Marketing & Content Manager with the drive, motivation and creative skills to ensure that the company’s online presence is always evolving and improving. This is a senior digital marketing role with a global technology company based in Berkshire.

The Role:
Responsible for developing informative and engaging content for database-driven websites and online marketing systems in order to increase targeted visitors, improve prospect generation and conversions. You will be working with other EMEA and corporate marketing and PR teams to source editorial and promotional content and in turn supporting them with integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Leverage content to maximise its online exposure with channel and industry partners throughout EMEA
• Managing, benchmarking and reporting on online activities
• Managing the regionalisation, translation and online distribution of corporate web materials
• Support site development and maintenance in six European languages
• Design web pages through existing templates and the generation of new creative
• Design and implement new Flash microsites with the Web Development Manager to support product launches, promotions and integrated marketing campaigns
• Adapt creative from programmes not originated for web use, including print and large-screen display media
• Develop creative communication for online promotion through banner advertising and publishing agreements

Experience required:
• Development and maintenance of websites using CMS
• Digital marketing campaigns including video and viral production
• Ability to express complex information clearly and concisely for different audiences
• Thorough understanding of how to organise online information through effective site architecture, navigation, images and labelling
• Strong understanding of SEO techniques and practices
• Demonstrable off and online design skills for layout, type and colour
