Full service marketing agency specialising in the leisure, hospitality and retail sectors has an opening for an experienced Account Manager to join the team.
Were looking for someone with B2C agency experience, primarily below the line. Youll need to able to manage a number of different projects/accounts simultaneously, helping ensure the highest level of quality and profitability in each project. You must have experience of commissioning artwork and ensuring the resulting designs hit the brief and are communicated to the client effectively.
Digital experience, including an understanding of Google Adwords, organic SEO, PPC, social networking and email marketing would be a big plus, as would previous experience of media buying.
Key responsibilities will include:
Management of all brands of key accounts and smaller accounts
Client relationship management
Campaign management and analysis
Develop, write and present multi-channel marketing proposals (mainly BTL) which demonstrate clear ROI.
Take creative briefs from clients, improving them through discussion and brainstorming when necessary.
Chairing monthly client meetings
Face to face presentation of campaign proposals to client
Monthly reporting on website stats including Google Adwords, SEO and PPC
Direct mail planning and fulfilment management
Media buying (outdoor, door to door, local press and radio)
Management of e-campaign and SMS system
Budget control and analysis
In this role you will be required to deal with clients at both junior and board level so you need to be outgoing and have strong influencing skills along with the confidence to hold your own both internally and with key clients.
