The management company of a large estate which also includes a pub, a hotel, holiday cottages and a building division is looking for someone for the newly created role of Head of Marketing as part of their major modernisation of systems, processes, strategy and structure.

As part of the senior management team you will be in a unique position to shape the future of all the estate’s enterprises that cover many diverse activities in a truly beautiful setting.

Responsibilities will include:

• Development and implementation of a coherent marketing strategy for all the businesses
• Alignment of all marketing communications including PR, advertising, direct marketing, websites, events and marketing collateral
• Effectively manage external agencies and tourist organisations ensuring that objectives are measured and met
• Development of websites, analysis of analytics and development of online marketing to include social media and viral marketing

This is a stand-alone position so we need someone comfortable with the hands-on implementation but also capable of taking a strategic view and developing long terms plans.
