Marketing Executive required with experience of working with luxury brands in the interiors, lifestyle or fashion sector. The company is a leading designer of contemporary handmade glassware and ceramics. Their products are available from top retailers such as Heals, Selfridges, John Lewis, etc and are used in many of the Worlds finest hotel and restaurants.
Renowned for their unique style, original designs and enduring quality the company launches two collections each year with over a hundred new products in each collection. There is also a direct-to-consumer e-commerce website, so this marketing role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of both B2B and B2C campaigns.
As part of our commitment to meet the future needs of customers and achieve ambitious growth objectives an additional Marketing Executive is required. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager on all aspects of promoting the brand, from both online and offline brand management and product marketing to events and PR.
We are keen to recruit a candidate of the highest calibre in this key role. The successful candidate should ideally have experience of marketing an interiors brand and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the related effectiveness of marketing mix elements.
You will need an appropriate marketing qualification, such as a degree or CIM certification, and have at least three years experience of B2C or B2B marketing in interiors, lifestyle or fashion. Experience of working within cross-functional teams and of working closely with external agencies across advertising, PR and design is also needed.
The marketing role is creative and versatile and covers an enviably broad range of responsibilities. This fun, diverse, creative and challenging role provides plenty of opportunities to work on both existing and exciting brand new projects.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be a brand champion for the Company.
You will work on all aspects of brand and product marketing, including the following tasks amongst many more:
Contributing to the brand planning process, managing the implementation of broad-reaching plans and helping to drive brand growth across multiple disciplines.
Coordinating and implementing promotional and marketing activities encompassing a broad range of effective online and offline channels.
Creating visual and written content for consumer and trade marketing campaigns, focused on brand, product, trends and lifestyle themes.
Liaising with several agencies to ensure delivery against brand plans.
Candidates should be motivated, creative, flexible, confident in working to deadlines, and able to build and maintain strong relationships inside and outside the business.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a very strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have working with a wide variety of on- and offline media in the context of brand communication. Experience with graphics and copywriting in particular are also essential.
