Senior Marketing Manager required for one of the UKs fastest growing technology businesses.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through marketing the USPs of the brand and products. This will involve on-going development of new product & service proposals, marketing channels and user interface improvements.
A proven marketer, the successful candidate will be able to provide quality, timely solutions that are within budget. An interest for a technology based environment together with a can do attitude will be vital.
Key Responsibilities include:-
Achieving targets for new sales, CPO (Cost per Order) and CPA (cost per acquisition)
Developing advertising and brand communications in all markets addressing web services and IT services portfolio
Creating and maintaining sales campaigns delivered through both on and offline media
Developing and maintaining an advertising plan including online and print campaigns
Building relationships with publishers to maximise effectiveness of print advertising/advertorial
Proposing and developing email campaigns for current and potential customers with the product team
Developing & maintaining Public Relations activity
Developing and maintaining SEO activities for the company websites
Reviewing and prioritising online banner opportunities to further the brand and drive sales in a cost effective way
Working with the Product Marketing team to ensure successful product launches , product promotions and campaigns
Working with User Interface team to ensure customer facing websites have optimised market landing and conversion pages
Developing and implementing offers and programs to increase ARPU (average revenue per user)
Line management responsibility for a Search Engine Marketer
Supporting and deputising for the Head of Marketing for team management, internal briefings (including Senior Management) and external meetings with key partners & suppliers
Working with the Channel Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to support the channel operation of the business
Skills & Experience Required:-
An established Marketing / Communications professional with extensive experience of above and below the line marketing through online and offline channels for the SMB market
Experience of B2B marketing in a technology or communications industry
Proven track record in project management and plan formulation to deliver measurable results
Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
Highly effective influencing, persuasive, negotiation and relationship building skills
Demonstration of brand management through marketing activity
Customer and team focused with proven leadership skills
Advantageous skills and experience:-
A Marketing graduate
Qualification in maths or mathematically minded
Experience of PR
This is a very hands-on role and youll need an excellent working knowledge of online and offline marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be sales driven and able to demonstrate previous experience of achieving revenue based targets.
You must be prepared for occasional international travel as you will be required to visit the companys satellite office in Eastern Europe at least one a quarter.
