A highly creative Marketing Manager who can generate fresh ideas is required by a global supplier of products and training programmes for the leisure industry.
The main function of the role is to coordinate and oversee all areas of marketing and PR as well as external advertising campaigns.
You will manage one marketing executive and work closely with Business Development, Membership and other customer-facing departments, understanding their objectives and seeing them realised through the planning and delivery of targeted marketing activity.
Responsibilities will include:
• Develop, plan and implement a marketing strategy, including advertising, membership recruitment and retention and PR
• Plan and manage sales and marketing resources
• Maintain relevant reporting of financial information for the sales and marketing departments
• Manage budgets ensuring measurable ROI
• Maintain and develop corporate image and protect and develop the company’s brands by suitable PR activities
• Plan and manage internal communications
The ideal candidate for this role will need to have a marketing degree (or equivalent) and experience of managing B2C and B2B marketing campaigns across a variety of media, both printed and online. You’ll need to be able to come up with creative ideas and manage complex marketing projects and schedules.
