Description:
We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager with previous experience in the training, education or recruitment sector, who is highly motivated and interested in helping people get back to work.

For this role you’ll need strong copywriting/editorial skills and an eye for great design as well as experience in both on and off-line marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a detailed marketing plan
• Maintain high quality editorial content on the website
• Development of marketing publications; on and off line including, brochures, flyers, posters, ezine campaigns and advertising
• Work with the Content Editor to increase visitors to the website and optimise conversion rates
• Contribute to raising the profile of the company
• Write, edit and oversee the production of all marketing copy
• Develop a social media strategy for the business
• Target key market segments using CRM through advertising and promotional activities
